Health & Safety Manager

Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager with this established and growing warehouse company in Groveport, OH!

The Health & Safety Manager will lead health and safety for multiple warehouse sites in Columbus. This role partners with site leadership to strengthen safety practices, verify compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and state requirements, and ensure corrective actions are completed as needed.

Responsibilities:

Support site leaders in health and safety standards.
Monitor compliance with applicable federal and state health and safety regulations.
Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions through completion.
Develop and coordinate training to improve awareness of hazards, controls, and safe work practices.
Conduct regular site inspections to confirm safety measures are effective and consistently followed.

Salary range is $75,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
5–8 years of health and safety experience in a warehouse setting.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is required.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is a plus.
