Overview

Automotive Assistant & Service Managers at Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family. We are seeking full-time Assistant & Service Managers for our service, repair, and tire center in Grove City, OH.

• Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations; enforce policies; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; uphold safety.
• Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services; direct workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians; deliver timely, high-quality repair and maintenance; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers; ensure satisfaction and align with customer expectations.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
