Possesses advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in Government Acquisition Program Management and oversees the efforts of junior and journeyman contractor personnel within Government Acquisition Program Management. Demonstrates advanced knowledge and a comprehensive understanding to apply associated standards, procedures, systems, and practices at program office, enterprise, and staff level support interface.
Candidate will manage and monitor the assigned program, including program of record changes, cost/schedule/performance issues, risks, and contract status. Must apply an understanding of defense acquisition program management to maintain Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS), earned value measurement metrics management system, and the USAF Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) financial planning tool. The contractor must develop pre- and post-award documentation, assist in milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation, and perform the various acquisition management duties common to all organizations to support the mission.
Qualifications- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten years of experience in Acquisition Program Management, five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in Acquisition Program Management, five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF organizations.
- 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF organizations.
