Location: Marengo
DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II for a 3rd shift role (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, driving efficient warehouse operations and a culture of safety.
You will develop workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes, monitor KPIs, partner with HR for hiring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction.
