• Lead and coach the Berlin Financial Center team
• Create a strong customer experience and build lasting relationships
• Support branch operations, workflow, and compliance
• Help grow the financial center through referrals, partnerships, and community involvement
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development
• Serve as a visible leader for both customers and employees

• Experience in banking, retail financial services, or a related leadership role
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Team leadership, coaching, and problem-solving ability
• Business development mindset
• Comfort with banking systems, technology, and Microsoft Office
