Job Title

The role of the Director ensures the smooth operation and organization of the summer program for young people in August. The Director also supervises the young people during animation times. As a proactive force, the Director contributes to the design and implementation of animation activities in line with the educational project of the services. The Director will act as a liaison between educational actors, associations, institutions, the public, and their parents.

-Manage and supervise staff:
• Manage the educational team under their responsibility, distribute staff according to needs (rebalancing based on numbers).
• Ensure the dynamics and well-being of the team in consultation with the coordinator.
• Ensure the application and implementation of the pedagogical project.
• Ensure the team's respect for hygiene and safety rules.
• Follow up and support trainees.
• Co-lead the different meeting times.
• Participate in preparation and exchange times (live or written) with the service manager.

-Manage the administration and logistics of the AL:
• Edit the attendance lists of young people.
• Make requests for technical service intervention through the openGST software.
• Record attendance.
• Create quotes for the purchase of supplies in respect of the allocated budget.
• Inform the child and school actions pole of the numbers (young people present and number of supervisors).
• Ensure the functioning and cleanliness of the premises.

- Knowledge of children and adolescent audiences and ensuring their safety and well-being.

- Ability to listen, mediate, and manage conflicts and maintain a positive team dynamic.

- Ability to accompany and train the team for the animation of educational activities times
- Ability to emerge and accompany project ideas
- Manage administrative and financial aspects rigorously
- Master animation techniques adapted to different ages.

- Master first aid gestures.
