As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Canal Winchester, OH, at the Canal Winchester Branch.

Job Description- Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, offering solutions that help clients achieve financial well‑being. Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment and lead the agenda of a broad range of ecosystem partners.
- Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households, and lead eco‑system partnerships. Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
- Coach and ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience. Enable the team to confidently engage with customers in technology‑enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice that improve client financial well‑being. Resolve issues effectively, making banking easy for customers.
- Drive the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development. Prioritize talent development for all branch team members and ensure performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk. Exercise leadership, authority, and sound decision‑making to mitigate sales practice risk and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities, ensuring adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
