Interim Category Manager (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Innovations- sowie New Product Development (NPD)-Projekten innerhalb einer Consumer-Health-Kategorie.
• Selbstständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Produkteinführungen unter Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Projektverlaufs.
• Eigenverantwortliches Projekt-, Termin- und Meilensteinmanagement einschließlich Steuerung aller launchrelevanten Aktivitäten.
• Selbstständige Überwachung und Steuerung von Projektbudgets inklusive Forecasting und Reporting.
• Proaktive Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektfortschritts.
• Identifikation projektrelevanter Risiken sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungsmaßnahmen.
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Projektstatusberichte und transparente Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Interim Manager oder Freelancer im Projektmanagement innerhalb der Consumer-Health-, Pharma-, OTC-, Healthcare- oder FMCG-Branche.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Innovations- und New Product Development (NPD)-Projekten.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Budgetmanagement sowie im Projektcontrolling.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung unterschiedlicher Stakeholder.
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu verantworten.

Rahmendaten

• Start: Mitte August 2026
• Dauer: ca. 5 Monate
• Auslastung: 2,5 Tage pro Woche (20 Stunden)
• Einsatzort: Großraum Frankfurt / Remote (hybrides Projekt)

• Independently manage and execute innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects within a Consumer Health category.
• Independently plan, coordinate, and drive product launches while ensuring timely project execution.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and all launch readiness activities autonomously.
• Independently monitor, control, and forecast project budgets while providing regular reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely achievement of project milestones.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress transparently.

Qualification

• Several years of experience as an Interim Manager or Freelancer in project management within the Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, OTC, Healthcare, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects independently.
• Strong expertise in budget management, project controlling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
