As a Branch Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of our Oak Harbor and Elmore branches while creating an exceptional experience for both members and team members.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Deliver exceptional member service while supporting financial wellness.
• Manage daily branch operations, service quality, operational accuracy, and business performance.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, performance conversations, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Support consumer lending, home equity lending, and mortgage referral opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• Anticipate staffing and operational needs while proactively solving problems before they impact members.
• Represent Commodore Perry Federal Credit Union within the local community.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as serving members.

• Three to five years of financial institution experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Consumer lending experience (home equity lending experience is a plus).
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
• A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
