Electrical Project Manager

Emtec Building Services is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join us in Dundee.
This is a key role where you’ll take full ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be leading site teams, developing strong client relationships, and playing an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the area.
Emtec Building Services is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of Electrical packages across a range of commercial construction projects, while supporting the development of your teams and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

• Leading site and project teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Managing project budgets, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Overseeing variations and tendering additional works where required.
• Providing technical support to clients and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and developing your team, driving performance and encouraging professional growth.
• Building strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Supporting commercial, design, and delivery coordination across contracts.

• You’ll be a qualified Electrical Engineer with Extensive experience in commercial and Industrial construction and fit out sectors.
• Proven M&E Project Management experience.
• Strong commercial, design, financial, and delivery knowledge across construction contracts.
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a genuine passion for quality and delivery excellence.
