Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department and ensure the apartment community remains in top condition. You will supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance while pursuing cost-effective, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory maintenance experience, a solid background in plumbing/HVAC/boilers, and EPA Universal Certification.
