We're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who is passionate about customer service, leadership, and helping team members succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coaching others, and contributing to the overall success of a branch. The Assistant Branch Manager serves as a key leader within the branch, partnering closely with the Branch Manager while overseeing daily operations, customer service, compliance, and staff development.

The position also serves as the backup to the Branch Manager when needed.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Build strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending solutions that help customers achieve their goals.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts and assist customers with a variety of banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately while providing exceptional service and professional guidance.
• Support branch operations by ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
• Assist with branch audits, operational reporting, and maintaining efficient branch performance.
• Coach, train, and develop Relationship Associates and Relationship Bankers, helping them grow professionally and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Foster a positive team culture built on respect, accountability, and collaboration.
• Support branch growth through referrals, relationship building, and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• Six months to one-year of related banking experience, an associate's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous banking experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services, and operations.
• The ability to coach and motivate team members while balancing operational responsibilities.
• A commitment to compliance, accuracy, and customer confidentiality.
• Strong technology skills and a desire to continuously improve processes and efficiencies.
