• Previous experience in a supervisory, leadership, or management role within hospitality or retail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak shifts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory software
• High emotional intelligence and people-first approach
• Experience managing opening, closing, or peak during high guest volume

• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to uphold high service standards
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and shop organization
• Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
