Firelands Federal Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating a positive experience for both employees and members.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to support the day-to-day success of the branch while helping employees grow, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring our team delivers the exceptional service our members deserve.

• Support the Branch Manager with the daily operations and overall success of the branch
• Coach, develop, and support employees to help them grow and succeed
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and guidance to team members
• Help create a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment
• Build meaningful relationships with members and help identify solutions that support their financial needs
• Lead by example in delivering an exceptional member experience
• Assist with branch goals, performance expectations, staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
• Support training and development of new and existing employees
• Ensure branch activities follow Credit Union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Step in to support the Branch Manager and team wherever needed

• Has previous financial institution, leadership, supervisory, or related experience
