The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Strasburg, OH. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring processes run efficiently, safe, and in alignment with organizational goals. The Operations Manager will coordinate staffing and workload, monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and manage resources to meet service, quality, and cost targets. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving operational issues, supporting change initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
The Operations Manager will also prepare reports, support strategic planning, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with resource planning, scheduling, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, compliance standards, and risk management in an operational setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage projects, and implement new tools or technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in government contracting, technology‑enabled services, or complex service operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Strasburg, OH, and adapt to evolving operational and customer needs.
