In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Führung eines Teams von 110 Mitarbeitenden und sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Produktionsmengen, die Qualität und die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsstandards. Sie bringen eine Hochschulausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion mit, idealerweise im Spritzgussbereich, sowie Führungskompetenz in einem industriellen Umfeld.
