The Warehouse Operator at H.B. Fuller supports safe, efficient handling of materials and finished goods. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, preparation, and shipment of products in alignment with established procedures. The position contributes directly to operational reliability and excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities- Follow all safety rules and work instructions without exception.
- Transfer products using FIFO methods.
- Assist with raw material sampling for Quality Control when requested.
- Store and rotate inventory according to procedures and safety standards.
- Report any non‑conforming materials to the supervisor.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers.
- Inspect vehicles before loading to prevent product damage.
- Accurately pick, package, and stage orders.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and signed documentation.
- Keep the workspace clean and dispose of containers properly.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment and report defects.
- Complete daily forklift checklists and collaborate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work independently with established procedures.
- Ability to use MS Office and basic ERP systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 kg, and climb stairs.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Experience using RF scanners.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $21/hr.
