At Centor, we’re looking for a Mold Repair Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the heart of our manufacturing process, and help keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble molds to keep production at peak performance.
• Perform root cause analysis on mold issues—find problems fast and fix them right.
• Share your knowledge—suggest design improvements and mentor others when needed.
• Use mold drawings and design sketches to guide your work.
• Keep your space clean and organized—because safety and precision go hand‑in‑hand.
• Work with complex mold systems like cooling, hot runner, gating, and ejection.
• Communicate with teammates across departments—help build a strong, connected shop floor.

• A strong background in multi‑cavity injection mold repair and maintenance.
• Experience reading and interpreting mold drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of mold component systems (cooling, wiring, hot runners, etc.).
• Solid math, measuring, and troubleshooting skills.
• A team‑first attitude and a desire to contribute every day.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs solo or up to 80 lbs with a team lift.
• A valid mobile equipment license—or are willing to get one.
• English fluency for reading instructions and communicating effectively.

• Starting Rate: $32.75/hr
• Shift Premium:
  Additional $2.00/hr for afternoon and midnight shifts
