Product Developer; Apparel​/Clothing

We’re looking for an experienced Product Developer to own the end-to-end development of apparel products across our 2 clothing brands. You’ll be responsible for turning designs into high-quality, production-ready garments — on time, on budget, and at the right margin.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with design, production, and external manufacturing partners.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with design, production, and external manufacturing partners.

• Own the product development lifecycle from concept to bulk production
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs (construction, measurements, grading, trims)
• Source and approve fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes
• Manage factory communication (sampling, costing, timelines, revisions)
• Lead fit development and coordinate fit comments and revisions
• Track and approve samples (proto, SMS, PP, TOP)
• Ensure products meet quality, margin, and delivery targets
• Identify and solve production issues proactively
• Work closely with CAD designers and creative teams to execute designs accurately

• 2+ years experience in apparel product development
• Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit
• Proven experience working directly with factories (Asia and/or Europe)
• Confident creating and managing tech packs independently
• Strong organisational skills — you can manage multiple SKUs at once
• Clear communicator with a problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving DTC / e-commerce environment

• Experience in streetwear / premium apparel
• Familiarity with CLO3D or 3D garment tools
• Experience scaling products from small runs to volume production
• Knowledge of costing, MOQs, and margin optimisation
