As our Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) Food Manufacturing
, you ensure that our products meet manufacturing, customer, regulatory and food‑safety standards. You drive continuous improvement across production technologies and work directly with Production, R&D, Engineering and Operational Excellence teams.

This is what you can expect

• Lead and team up with our QA technologist and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure products comply with food safety, hygiene and GMP standards
• Develop and enhance quality control procedures for production
• Analyze production quality performance and support product trials with R&D
• Implement customer requirements and support internal and external audits
• Lead the HACCP team and validate CCPs/ CPs
• Conduct hygiene validations, risk assessments and oversee pest monitoring
• Investigate food‑safety complaints, manage non‑conformities and support crisis coordination
