Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled Hand Soldering Associate to assemble and repair electronic components using hand soldering techniques. You will work from schematics and specifications while maintaining high workmanship standards and supporting overall production goals.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Minimum one (1) year of hand soldering experience required
• Ability to produce consistent, high‑quality solder connections
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
• Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components and assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect solder joints to ensure proper connection, alignment, and workmanship
• Read and interpret basic assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures
• Perform additional assembly or production tasks as assigned
