- Plan and execute operational sequences, arranging tooling and settings based on blueprints.
- Adapt and improvise tooling for specialized tasks, manage feed mechanisms, and maintain machinery.
- Perform grinding, set up tooling, and handle various operations while monitoring steel hardness and fluid levels.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand internal software.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Climbing, balancing, lifting to 100 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
