What You'll Be Doing
- Operate mill equipment to safely and efficiently process aggregate materials
- Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Support production goals by responding quickly to equipment or material flow issues
- Capability to operate and monitor industrial or mechanical equipment
- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, production-driven environment
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving work practices and equipment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
- $31 to $32 per hour
