NOW HIRING: MACHINE OPERATOR - 1st SHIFT OPPORTUNITY!
Ready to jump into a hands-on manufacturing role and start building your career? We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented people to join our team as Entry-Level Machine Operators on 1st shift!
Shift Details
* Schedule:
Monday - Friday
* Hours:
7:30 AM - 3:00 PM EST
* Pay:$12.50 per hour - Weekly paychecks!
Key Responsibilities
* Follow precise mold installation procedures, including molds using the Scientific Molding (SM) process
* Read Work Orders and use the Mold Setup Sheet, Scientific Molding Process water diagrams, and Mold Setup Checklist to install the correct mold and any required inserts
* Keep molds spotless:
Clean the parting line, cavity/core inserts, part chute, or conveyor belt after every installation
* Before removing molds:
Clean and protect the parting line, cavity/core components, and lubricate leader pins, bushings, and all moving parts
* Apply light oil to mold base and machine platens as needed to prevent rust and maintain top condition
* Stay familiar with all types of injection machine controllers used on the floor
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace every day
* Take on additional projects as assigned by the Assistant Supervisor or Shift Supervisor
