Our client, a leading organization in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Efficiently maintain facility equipment, buildings, and mechanical systems under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

+ Perform repairs, replacements, and rebuilds on process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, and motors.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

+ Log all work activities accurately in the CMMS system, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and new installations.

** What's Needed?*
* + Working knowledge of electrical 3-phase systems, PLCs, and controls.

+ Extensive experience repairing and replacing pumps, motors, filters, and pipes.

+ Proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and operating powered shop tools.

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

+ Availability for emergency call-in to perform repairs on a rotating basis, ensuring continuous plant operations.
