Teamlead Logistics – Compounding Operations

We are seeking a talented Teamlead Logistics to join our dynamic Compounding Operations team and ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient internal logistics processes that enable production targets to be met.

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 employees, including foremen, warehouse staff, and chemical operators.
• Act as deputy to plant management within the compounding area, supporting operational and organizational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and Envalior internal requirements, including occupational safety, production, and logistics standards.
• Collaborate closely with production leadership to secure plant availability and achieve production goals.
• Support initiatives to reduce process waste, including packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.

• Strong knowledge of logistics regulations and standards such as GefStoff
  
  V, GüKG, KrWG, GewAbfV, and AVV.
• High level of initiative with strong communication, cooperation, and leadership skills.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in a logistics leadership role.
• Completed university degree in logistics or a related field.
• Experience in cost controlling and SAP PM (R/3) is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills (C1 level).
