Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints effectively. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal structures, ensuring high‑quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Duties
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and welding requirements.
  • Assemble components using primarily MIG welding.
  • Rig and build metal structures according to project specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in all welds.
  • Conduct regular inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
  • Proficient in blueprint reading with the ability to understand complex technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in welding processes.
  • Familiarity with operation of various power tools, especially grinder.
  • Ability to rig materials safely for lifting during assembly processes.
  • Excellent building skills with attention to detail in all aspects of fabrication.
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during projects.
