We are currently seeking experienced NDT RT Technicians for full-time and temporary/project-based opportunities in Louisville, Kentucky and South Point, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have prior radiographic testing experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.
Position SummaryThe RT Technician will perform radiographic inspections in accordance with applicable procedures, customer specifications, and industry standards. Candidates must be capable of setting up RT equipment, interpreting inspection results, and maintaining accurate documentation while working in industrial environments.

- Perform Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with approved procedures and standards
- Set up, calibrate, and operate RT equipment
- Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and quality requirements
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation
- Follow all radiation safety and company safety procedures
- Maintain inspection equipment and records
- Work closely with supervisors, customers, and project teams
- Support outage, maintenance, fabrication, and inspection projects
- Support additional NDT methods as neededli>
- Work overtime, weekends, nights, and varying shifts as project demands require
- Previous industrial radiography experience required
- State card and/or IRRSP certification preferred where applicable
- Strong understanding of radiographic testing techniques and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Additional NDT certifications (UT, MT, PT, VT, PAUT) are a plus
- Experience in refinery, manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, or industrial environments preferred
- Experience with CR/DR systems is a plus
