Sligan Plastics - - Responsibilities:
Prepare First Piece Reports for each production line;
Conduct ink color checks and hourly quality checks;
Perform all special testing required by procedures and monitor for overflows as needed;
Line audit while collecting hourly samples and organize related documentation;
Conduct daily plant walk-through to identify issues and perform last shot measurement and visual analysis
