Employee Production Planning and Documentation (m/f/d)
YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THIS
- Definition and documentation of manufacturing steps for the production
- Creating and maintaining work instructions, assembly procedures, and bills of materials in the ERP system
- Coordination with design and production staff to clarify technical details
- Support in the continuous improvement of production processes
- Ensuring that changes from the design department are implemented in production
YOU CONVINCE
- Excellent technical understanding and enjoyment of presenting complex issues in an understandable way
- Training and/or experience in work preparation, technical drawing, boat building, metal construction, carpentry, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
- Confident handling of technical drawings and CAD documents (reading, understanding, adapting if necessary)
- Experience with CATIA V5/6 is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with the planning, purchasing, and engineering teams
- Structured and careful way of working
