Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $26 - $34 per hour

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a high‑speed environment
• Diagnose issues across electrical (multi‑voltage), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair automation systems, robotics, and conveyors
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed (welding, machining, custom fixes)
• Identify root causes and implement long‑term solutions
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical systems, hydraulics & pneumatics, mechanical systems
• Experience in plastics or injection molding environments strongly preferred
• Exposure to automation, robotics, or conveyor systems
• Welding/fabrication capability (MIG/TIG/Arc preferred)
• Self‑sufficient, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Prior lead or informal leadership experience is a plus
