Forklift Operator (Open) – Baltimore, OH

12‑hour shifts (must be able to work either 7a‑7pm and 7pm‑7am, dependent on seniority and schedule (2-2-3) for union facility “Scheduled to work half the year”). Pay: $25.20 per hour (up to $50,000+ per year).

• Package products into finished goods (ticketing, banding, wrapping) per customer specification and transport to various on‑site warehouses.
• Spend 80% of time operating a sit‑down forklift, 20% operating converting machinery.
• Receive job‑specific training and safe use/operation of Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

No experience required.

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding or ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Pay: $25.20 per hour; may be eligible for short‑term incentive.
