Location: Waterville
Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator (Quality Control)
Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay:
- 2nd Shift: $19/hr
- 3rd Shift: $18/hr
We are hiring a dependable Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator with quality control experience for a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role in a small team environment with opportunity for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges)
- Maintain production records
- Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean
Qualifications:
- Previous injection molding and/or QC experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with good communication skills
