We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our team. This role is vital to supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and willing to perform a variety of manual tasks in a dynamic environment.
Job :
Duties- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and material
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in general labor
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor roles
