Stable, growing manufacturing environment with strong capital investment in equipment and automation Opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations—not just react, but improve systems Team-oriented culture where experienced technicians are trusted and valued Exposure to advanced plastics processing, robotics, and automation systems Clear path to grow into lead or supervisory responsibilities Job Details Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a high-speed environment Diagnose issues across electrical (multi-voltage), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Maintain and repair automation systems, robotics, and conveyors Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime Fabricate or modify parts as needed (welding, machining, custom fixes) Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime What We’re Looking For 5+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing Strong troubleshooting across:
Electrical systems Hydraulics & pneumatics Mechanical systems Experience in plastics or injection molding environments strongly preferred Exposure to automation, robotics, or conveyor systems Welding/fabrication capability (MIG/TIG/Arc preferred) Self-sufficient, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Prior lead or informal leadership experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
