REIFEL INDUSTRIES Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer, Ohio that provides full & partly e-coating, dip-spin painting, and zinc plating services to the Midwest, but especially to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour + $1.00 shift premium

Expected hours: between 24 to 30 per week

The Line 4 or Line 3 position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery within the Other Services industry. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all tasks related to line operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting issues that may arise during service delivery, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively.

Ultimately, the Line 3 & 4 position contributes significantly to the overall success and reputation of our organization by delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Being prepared and ready to work at your location by your schedule time
• Visually inspect each part for defects, customer created, or process created
• Know how to properly unload parts off of the racks and/or load bars
• Know how to properly scan and fill out work tickets
• Identify and report all Quality/packaging/rack problems to supervisor
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate with previous and following shift about part/line concerns and issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds or more repetitively and occasionally
• It’s important you can keep up with the job's physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. There are areas where you will possibly be lifting above the head to place or remove racks as well. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds repetitively and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
• Physical Demands:
  Employees must have the ability to stand up to 100% of the time and are required to use their hands to handle objects. They must be able to use their fingers and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, push, pull and squat.
