SIMONA Boltaron in Newcomerstown is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize production processes in a high-performance plastics manufacturing environment. You will lead efforts to improve processes, provide technical support, and manage manufacturing projects.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering and 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience in Lean manufacturing and project management is also essential.
