What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
* Precision Finishing:
Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to specific quality standards and customer instructions.
* Quality Assurance:
Act as the final checkpoint for shipments, identifying any printing or lamination errors before they reach the customer.
* Logistics Support:
Utilize our digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE requirements.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
* Detail-Oriented:
You have a "close vision" for accuracy and can distinguish colors to meet high-quality specifications.
* Reliable:
You understand that punctuality and consistent attendance are vital to the team's success.
* Adaptable:
You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker or adjust to shifting production priorities.
* Physical Agility:
Comfortable standing for your shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Shifts:
Day
Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am
Day
Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm
Night
Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm
Night
Shift: Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am
