Position: Quality Control-2-2-3-D TEAM
Location: Ottawa

Sligan Plastics -  - Responsibilities:
Prepare First Piece Reports for each production line;
Perform ink color checks and special testing as required by procedures;
Conduct hourly quality checks and line audits with hourly samples;
Maintain and organize spec sheets; update with new ones;
Audit blank bottle finished goods lines in production;
Conduct daily plant walk-through to identify issues (visual);
Perform last shot measurement and visual analysis;
Ensure accuracy of information shared with production floor (pick lists and stickers);
Support new projects test and measurement;
Promote customer focus and safety training; maintain safe work environment;
Inspect work areas for unsafe acts/conditions; maintain clean and safe environment;
Comply with safety rules and procedures; assist with sweeping, cleaning, sorting as needed;
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
