Elwood Staffing - 1275 Experiment Farm Rd - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate and assemble metal components;
Perform FCAW welding to join various metals in accordance with ASME codes & standards;
Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble structural components;
Measure materials precisely using measuring tools and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate fabrication dimensions;
Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with company policies
