Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Grow Out Attendant to join our team in Oakwood.

SHIFT

HOURS:

Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-11:00am, Monday 7:00am to 3:00pm, and flexible the rest of the week to equal 40 hours.

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Keeping farm clean, maintaining laundry, maintaining supply inventory
• Monitoring birds for signs of distress or disease
• Maintaining acceptable littler quality, till and add shavings/straw as needed
• Monitoring humidity and barn temperatures

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
