Sealed Air Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Assists in production start-ups to run according to product specifications and as scheduled by management in a timely manner;
Trains with Injection Molding Technicians to learn to perform all normal running adjustments to the equipment as required;
Helps to carry out repair and changes to existing tooling, introduction to new tooling, machinery, equipment and processing technologies;
Learns to monitor key parameters of the IMM process to make recommendations to ensure optimum manufacturability, efficiency and cost savings;
Training for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting in case of failure and make repairs as directed
