2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Location: Lewis Center

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate forklift safely and efficiently

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

+ Complete monthly engagement safety forms accurately

+ Read and interpret bills of materials to support inventory management

+ Assist with basic maintenance and data entry for breakdown calls

** What's Needed?*
* + Must have prior forklift experience listed on resume

+ Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs regularly

+ Basic understanding of material handling equipment

+ Strong interpersonal skills and respect for others

+ Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

+ Successful completion of all required safety training courses
