** Shift Differentials:
** Additional $3.00/hr for 2nd shift; $2.00/hr for 3rd shift
** Shift:
** 1st shift primary; must be available for all shifts if needed.
Shift start times will vary. Some weekend hours required.
** Job Description*
* We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Technician for a 1st shift position in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. This role involves a variety of production-related tasks, including machine operation, inspection, and occasional forklift operation (sitting forklift). Forklift certification is a plus, but not required-training can be provided. Please note, not all time will be spent operating a forklift.
** Responsibilities:*
* + Operate machines related to harvest and production processes.
+ Perform inspection tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Operate a sitting forklift as needed (certification preferred; training available).
+ Carry out general production and warehouse duties.
+ Adapt to varied shift start times and occasional weekend hours.
** Requirements:*
* + Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting preferred.
+ Ability to learn and operate machinery safely.
+ Willingness to be trained in forklift operation.
+ Must own or be able to obtain 6-inch safety toe work boots.
+ Reliable availability for all shifts, including some weekends.
