The Overnight Baker will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. The Baker/Finisher will be expected to execute proper pre‑bake, baking, and post‑bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high‑quality finished baked products for customers.

• Produce consistent, high‑quality finished baked products.
• Follow Crew Policy & Dunkin Standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting daily production levels determined by Kitchen Manager.
• Finish all products to the level that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed during the shift.
• Transition to crew position when production levels are complete for the day.
• Actively learn and partner with the manager to complete required training.
• Support the training of new crew members as requested.
• Work well with the team and treat people with respect.
• Respond positively to coaching and direction.
• Arrive ready to work on time.
• Complete all job tasks required, leaving the kitchen clean and organized for the next finisher.
• Hold themselves accountable for responsibilities during the shift.
• Adhere to safety standards to protect self and others from injury.
• Perform other work duties assigned to assist fellow team members.
• Handle all equipment with care and pride to ensure no damages occur.
• Follow Uniform Standard for Finisher/Baker.
• Keep bakery cases full and attractive throughout shift; assist in back case merchandising (following merchandising standards binder).

• Ensure safety and security of the team and guests through focus on food safety and sanitation.
