Salary Range: $61,800.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Responsible for improving pretreatment product quality, reducing scrap rates in the production process, and enhancing overall output.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows, layouts, and standard work.
• Support new equipment installation and lead process validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
• Support the launch of new automotive glass products and ensure smooth transition into mass production.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Language: English and/or Mandarin. Ability to read, understand, and interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions, and communicate effectively with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Physical Condition: Regular standing, turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must pass static strength requirements (grip). Safety requirements: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toed work boots. Visual acuity (near, far, depth perception, color vision, field of vision) as specified.
• Other Requirements: Mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in various units), reasoning ability, computer skills with manufacturing software.
• Training: Competent in solving difficult production problems, production management knowledge, leadership, communication, coordination, organizational skills, coating technology, and training subordinates.

• 1st shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
• 2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
• 3rd shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
