Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Shift & Schedule

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:10 am on a standard 3‑2‑2 schedule. The "Work‑Life Balance" schedule runs a 3‑2‑2‑3 rotation, meaning you work 12‑hour shifts but enjoy two 3‑day weekends every month.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and rebuild spare parts.
• Participate in efficient changeovers to keep production humming.
• Complete advanced technical trainings to earn new certifications.

• 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Solid grasp of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and solve problems on the fly.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms (up to 20 ft).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
