Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the 3rd shift to meet production goals efficiently and safely.
- Lead and motivate assembly line workers, providing clear direction and support to maximize productivity.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Manage warehouse operations related to raw materials and finished goods, including forklift operation and inventory control.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance for manufacturing equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with hands‑on mechanical skills.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse procedures.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with using mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems or inventory control is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team during the third shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
