Job Summary

1. Verify data in Plex, correct and standardize the operation, and provide training to ensure system accuracy.

2. Collect, analyze, track, and supervise key departmental data such as KPI data, weekly and monthly reports, overdue inventory handling, and work instruction writing.

Job Functions and Duties

Check, manage, monitor, and report the maintenance of Plex data regularly.

Monitor on‑time close for orders and records in Plex, increasing the accuracy of PRP/MRP.

Support fixing abnormal situations for each department when using Plex and improve the process.

Evaluate the feasibility of Plex data update plans and assess impact on MRP operation.

Analyze inventory data, report abnormal items such as overdue, sluggish, and non‑FIFO, devise measures and track implementation.

Prepare weekly/monthly order statistics, report order change rates by main equipment and customers, and guide planners to adjust production plans.

Collect and analyze important data such as on‑time delivery rate and forecast accuracy.

Participate in preparing and improving work instructions and program documents for the department.

Track and supervise completion of departmental problem‑point to‑do items.

Update and consolidate supply chain working procedures.

Complete and report matters assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Understand environmental factors, hazards, and control methods.

Execute and implement integrated management system regulations and documentation.

Classify scrap and waste from this job.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Job Requirements

Language:
English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with team members, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Experience:

More than one year working experience in a planning department.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and above.

Physical Condition:
Must be in good health, able to work long periods with a computer, and tolerate high stress.
