Seasonal Food Production Associate- 3rd Shift

Cheryl's Cookies is seeking reliable and motivated 3rd Shift Frosting Machine Associates to join our Food Manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring frosting equipment while ensuring product quality, food safety, and production goals are met. Associates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing Cheryl's signature cookies and baked goods.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust frosting machines to ensure proper product appearance and quality standards.
• Set up, clean, and sanitize frosting equipment according to food safety and company guidelines.
• Load frosting materials and ingredients into machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products for consistency, quality, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns to supervisors or maintenance.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist with decorating, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and daily goals.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Frequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Previous food production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift of Monday through Thursday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM.

Cheryl's Cookies offers a competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour for this overnight production opportunity.
